Kurt is a seasoned OCR (Obstacle Course Race) competitor, having participated in events across the Midwest and East Coast. He has trained elite athletes featured on American Ninja Warrior and the Spartan Race National Series.
As the leader of the GRIT Year of Change and Challenge teams, Kurt focuses on a holistic approach that includes trainer-led workouts, balanced nutrition, and strong accountability support. Whether you're pursuing specific fitness goals or striving for personal transformation, Kurt's comprehensive program is designed to help you succeed.

A former Division 1 athlete and graduate of Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, is also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
