The rope climb is part of almost every obstacle course race. When covered in wet mud, even the strongest upper body and grip strength give out. With the same methods used at our in person GRIT sessions, you can learn the S and J hook to prepare for your next Spartan Race, Tough Mudder or other obstacle course race.

It is said a ninja can conquer any terrain, and our Ninja Warrior campers live up to that challenge in a program that teaches balance, physical conditioning and problem solving skills.
Our “Ninja Masters” will help campers hone their mind, body, strength and precision to conquer multiple obstacles individually and then put it all together in an epic, 15 obstacle course.
