Become Part of the GRIT Movement

GRIT Obstacle Training exists for one reason: to help people of all ages discover how strong, resilient, and capable they truly are.

Through full-body obstacle challenges inspired by Ninja Warrior, Spartan Race, and parkour, we build more than muscles—we build confidence, coordination, perseverance, teamwork, and that unbeatable feeling of “I just did something I thought was impossible."

Our team doesn’t just train people; we inspire them. We celebrate every small win, cheer louder for effort than perfection, and create a safe, fun space where kids and adults alike leave feeling braver than when they arrived.

If you’re high-energy, kid-loving, adult-motivating, safety-obsessed and get fired up by progress and positivity…we’re looking for YOU.

This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to shape the next generation of gritty athletes and make fitness feel like play.
